Voice Print announces new Honorary Patron

VoicePrint is part of the National Broadcasting Reading Service (NBRS) and they are delighted to announce that the Lieutenant Governor of Nova Scotia, The Honourable Mayann Francis has become the Honorary Patron of the NBRS.

Alice Housing and Elizabeth Fry

FOCO member agency Alice Housing shared the top prize of $20,000 with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Peterborough, Ontario. The $20,000 William H. Donner Award for Excellence in the Delivery of Social Services, is the award for the highest performing agency overall.
Alice Housing was also recognized for excellence in the provision of basic necessities, earning another $5,000. Congratulations go to Elizabeth Fry Society for reaching the Donner Foundation finals.
