FOCO is pleased to offer once again its
fall Board Governance Program, designed for board volunteers and
Executive Directors, and offered over three sessions in the
fall. Wednesday, September 21st, 4:30 - 7:00pm Thursday,
October 13th, 4:30 - 7:00 pm Monday, October 24th, 4:30 - 7:00 pm
Participants are asked to attend all sessions.
This is an interactive and peer-based program that is further
customized by identifying learner priorities upon registration.
The focus is on clarifying roles and responsibilities, and identifying
strategies and tools to make Board and Executive
Directors successful
in their work. The peer-learning component is essential to
sharing knowledge, ideas and tools.
FOCO strives to make this program affordable to all nonprofit
organizations while not compromising on quality.
Workbooks are
provided to all participants, and a variety of learning methods and
peer discussions makes this program
the right one for you.
